Grant Opportunity Offered through the National Institutes of Health

The Small Research Grant Program offered through the National Institutes of Health supports projects being executed over a small period of time. Projects that fit this scope include the following:

Pilot or feasibility studies
Secondary analysis of existing data
Small, self-contained research projects
Development of research methodology
Development of new research technology

A project period of up to 2 years and a budget for direct costs of up to
$50,000 per year may be requested. This program has deadlines of June 1, October 1, and February 1, and is offered annually through 2006.
